Hi, i ordered some cosmetics below 2k which was around 1300 and i was charged 500 for this which is against the law as per the conditions laid down under the cth 9804 & under clause 3 (I) (I) of foreign trade. And not just this, i'm always charged even if i'm ordering something just worth 500 rs. Where's the law applied? You have set up the laws and now your officers don't tend to imply by them, so who is it laid down for? Please get it resolved, i have attached the pictures of my order and the customs charged as well as the laws implemented on the personal items.
