Indian Fitness Care — selling of fraud health policy

I have bought a health care policy from them on dt 16 may 2018, in starting they received the call but after a week no phone call received and no response of my mail, they committed me all claim will be settled in 48 hours but they did not settled any claim within a month also. They didn't reimburse any claim, they didn't attend any phone calls, when i visited the office, nobody's there, no office, they have closed the office. I have invested 12999/, so i request you do the needful
