Indian Fitness Services — policy certificate not received and even if i tried to close the policy with in 30 days they won't refund my money

I take that policy on dated 17th november, the executive from this organization told that i can get my kits and documents within 7 days, still won't get any documents and kits. Whenever i tried to reach out them, there no. Is not reachable or there no. Is changed.

I also mailed them and chat them to please cancel my policy and return my money, won't get any reply from them.

The amount which i paid-10000/-, please help us to get the money back.

They are totally a fraud company.
