I (CHIRA RANJAN DEY) residing in Vadodara, paid Rs 9, 999 through my credit Card on 10th August 2018 (receipt attached) vide Order no # 604, to Indian Fitness Services. CORPORATE ADDRESS: C-2 SEC-12 NOIDA UP-201301 HELPLINE NO.:[protected] EMAIL ID: [protected]@indianfs.com During my telephone conversation with the sales personnel of M/S Indian Fitness Services, I was misinformed hat, soft copy of the policy would be send within 24 hrs from the date of receipt of payment, but until now I have not received the soft copy of the policy / contract yet . On calling up their Help line and mobile Nos [protected] & [protected] and also personal no of Mr. Deepak Nagar : [protected], I did not receive any response . Moreover, on visiting corporate office address mentioned above, it was observed that, the office was closed and may more person like me returning, feeling cheated. In view of the above, I made several request on their website to cancel my policy and refund money Rs9, 999, but I received no response yet. Hence, requesting your organization to intervene and get my money Rs 9999 refunded, against cancellation as per the contractual terms mentioned in the website ( “ can cancel in 30 working days to get full refund” ). Also, you bill format show that it was generated from a WORDPRESS website which can be created at ZERO cost. How can a company claiming as healthcare company rely on wordpress website to deal with its customer? In my opinion, this is a FRAUD. Go ahead and file an FIR. Then only, you can get your amount as refund.
I would also like to inform you that, these people have now open a new website called Indian Fitness Care instead of Indian Fitness Services . Some more people like me would fall in to the trap .
