Ordered a box of chocolates in a basket which was $9.00 When i finished ordering their site asked meif i need a gift box for extra rs.199. I clicked yes and they charged me total of $.13.61 (9+for gift box) when called them no response. Sent them email no response. Fyi - Order information Order id: igp858959 | status: dispatched Qty. As I can see the missing products were reshipped to the same address once we got the complaint. This generally dosent happen but we do try our best avoid the errors.
