I am struggling where to start and where to end.

I have been using these guys over the last 6-7 years to send rakhi to my nephew in chicago, while we are based in mumbai.

In the past years, the packages were delayed or never delivered. I raised the issues then and got some commitment from them that they took my feedback seriously and would improve their services.

This time takes the cake. My order number is 1354989. The order was for metallic rakhi with kaju katli and besan laddoos.

The package delivered only had besan laddoos and the main parcel of sweets (Kajy katli) wasnt delivered.

The feedback section, upon raising the complaint 2-3 times reverted saying "please send us the image of the delivered package".

Are these guys nuts? Do they think the sender can ask the recipient, to take photographs of the delivered package before consuming? Should it not the other way round? Should they not click what they deliver as an internal process if this is how this business wants to run itself?

All in all, a shameful delivery, backed by an equally shameful reaction which makes it worse for the customer.

To hell with them!!!

Hi Ajay,

Apologies for the disappointment faced, trust us we did not mean to disappoint you in any way.

For any complaints made, we need the pictures to register them. Without the pictures, the case won't be registered as we won't be able to investigate this with our vendor team. I do understand you have sent the gifts and how it feels when some products are missing or the products are not as per your expectations for which we really do apologize.

In this case, we do understand you won't be able to arrange the picture. However, this issue was raised and we requested for refund/gift voucher of the products which were not delivered. We do understand a refund or a GV may not bring back the occasion but we do want to resolve this case and try our best so that this should not repeat in future. This will be a warning for us and will try to restore your faith with IGP again. Please do revert us and we will be happy to assist you.
