[Resolved] Indian Gifts Portal — Non-refund of money | |||||
I had ordered a gift (order id-IGP739973) from IGP.com on 3rd Oct "15 to be delivered to Christchurch, New Zealand. The order was cancelled due to unavailability of the product. After sending frequent e-mail & giving calls to IGP i was given a reference no.[protected] on 18th Nov "15 & i was assured that the amount of Rs 1354 will be reverted back into my bank account within 8-10 working days..
