Indian Health Care — standard health check plan

I have purchased standard health check plan and paid online. I was told tht i will get a blood pressure monitor and some vouchers.

I received some vouchers along with invoice# 5127 dated 5/4/2017. However i don't know how to use these vouchers.

I did not receive any blood pressure monitor.

Whenever i call them on given contact no. Nobody picks up the phone. This is very rude behaviour.

I feel that it was a fraud and they looted my money (Rs. 6, 299.00) which i paid to them
