[Resolved]  Indian Health Organisation [IHO] — hold time taken by your service rep

I called up the toll free number to reschedule my appointment to which i spoke to three different people and before each one is connected to me i was placed on hold for almost 25 minutes and then i don't get any proper response. I am realty dissatisfied to the fact that either your systems are outdated or people are not trained properly. I would like the senior officials to look into this matter and improve the customer experience for the customer who is looking at iho for a prompt and customer centric services.
