[Resolved] Indian Health Organisation [IHO] — pathetic service - | |||||
Hi asked for sample collection on Thursday morning, 24th May, 2018 for 2 members. The order id was generated for only 1 member. Sample was anyhow collected and report was generated and sent by the same day for 1 member.I raised a complain next day morning on 25th May asking for the other report, also stating it's urgent as I had an appointment with a doctor on saturday, 26th May.It was told it will be done, but I didn't get any confirmation. I called back same day in the evening and got to know complain was not even raised. On following up for 3-4 times, they said I'll be getting a call back from their supervisor which was never done until I asked for their MD Manasije Mishra email id and IHO registration number, but it was again in vain because they never provided the details and finally said they can arrange for their technician to collect sample again. Of course I didn't wait and prefer to get it done in some other authentic place . This type of issues are very frequent from IHO . Even if you complain to ' [protected]@iho.in' its rare they reply back. I hope their MD resolve this kind of pathetic services offered.I had raised other issues where their sales people say all kind of bluffs and false provisions, and once you are registered and they never replied. Few queries: 1.How they train customer executives who don't raise complain - I didn't call to say hello to them 2.They don't accept they miss 3.Look at their message, where they don't even specify by when the issue will be resolved.They even closed the ticket without resolution.
