We have scrutinised your case thoroughly & found that you or your family member have used our doctor network as well as Thyrocare voucher services on 17/09/2014, THYROCARE VOUCHER NO:F13S5J1A .

We sadly express our inability to refund membership in such a case wherein, the services have been utilized by any beneficiary of the membership.
