Indian Home Jobs — I'm complaining about their so called data entry jobs

As i was searching for data entry jobs, i came across indi home jobs and it is mentioned on their site that we have to pay registration fee and then they will assign work.
I went forward and made the registration fee payment and sent them the confirmation. They sent me an email stating that to activate my account i have to post ads in different sites and send them the links for those ads.
To post such job ads i have to register in different job sites as recruiter with money and then only i will be able to post ads.
I encountered another job offering fake company like this where they take the registration fee and give you tasks like this, as they never mean to assign you work but they only want to make a fool out of job searching individuals and grab the money from them.
