Indian Institute Of Planning And Management — i have amc with them for my kent ro but they are not attending to my complaint

I have a comprehensive annual maintenance contract with nc sales & services of 175/1 sahapur colony, new alipur, kolkata 700075 for my kent supreme ro water purifier. I lodged a complaint with them on 8th april 2019 regarding my water purifier not working. They told me they would send a technician to attend to my complaint within 24 hours. But they are not sending any technician even though more than 96 hours have passed and i have called them up more than a dozen times.
