Indian Institute Of Planning & Technolgy — fraud by iipt

Iipt has collected total fees of rs 1 lacs and have taken all of the original certificates.
On contacting them again and again - they dared me saying - "do whatever you want".
I have attached 1 receipt as a proof that i had enrolled for their course/service and can provide other proofs as well.
Not disclosing the identity as they seem to have good contacts in political as well as police circle.
Expecting them to call me fraud - asking for contact number and mail address etc -
All their facebook reviews are done by their staff and/or their friends itself - which is again misdirecting.
Writing this - so that no other common man like me falls prey to their "educational business schemes".
