I have been cheated 2 lakhs by this company. There are many more people particularly students from colleges hailing from Coimbatiore. Students and job seekers be aware of this fraud company. Cheats No:1 I have seen.

more than cheating these people are very particular in collecting money.

once they collect the fee from students, these people never response well. so better pay the money by

installments and see to that whether coaching is done by proper faculties and then students proceed with

further fee, else the students are gonna suffer alot.

and yes, hema is the partner, thats why she s supporting.

and hema is fine with her responsibilities, but the hr of this institute in cbe is fit for nothing.

Wow. even the faculties are not happy with the management. how will they provide a better course. Hema is one of the partner & she acts like running a company like google. They burnt their finger by opening branches in Trichy, Thanjavur, Tirunelveli & even chennai just for their attitude.The cant keep the employees nor the students happy.

And moreover the so called MD Mr. Bhaskar does not possess any management skills. He is good for nothing. He is worse than "Boss (A) Bhaskaran" Arya.

One of the biggest cheaters, I have never seen so. We can never see such cheaters in our life. They are cheating Financiers, Employees and Students. They are spoiling their lives. They will get amount from financiers then they will never return back their amount. So many cases have been filed against them. Even then they are doing the same. They will get original certificates from Employees but they will never give any proof to them that they are their Employees. They used to cheat students by saying that they have a seperate development division but nothing will be there. They will advertise like that they are having seperate R&D division. Everything is a cheat. "Honey will be there in their words but Everything is a Poison". Money Money Money is their ultimate goal/ According to them they have to Earn Lakhs & Crores only in any cheating ways. They will cry to you for getting money then you will get thrown out.

You should have courage and guts to give your contact number. Don't be a coward from hide outs and make stories about the company and individuals. Generally men of commonsense will not believe your story. If you are good person, your thinking and thoughts will be for good cause. I guess you must be working with them and being thrown out so, your guilt makes you do further mistakes or you must be a competitor into business.

Ya i totally agree with this fraud and 420 company i...one of the worst institution i have ever seen...hema only knws to communicate well...the to M.D s don ve any management skill at all...and In the institution they would tell you that they will explain the concepts and rest the students have to do...they don even have proper material for the students... None of the teachers in that(IIST) insititue don knw the concept particularly a teacher tellin as if she is head there...she knows nothing in software testing...she knows only to click the options in the testing tool window which is what she says as concept... so u first learn the concept and thn try to teach...i think u r so so weird...don act as if your loyal to your superiors...and last thing i m sure u have a very bad attitude...

This brindha was a run away trainer who has no gratitude towards the students but joined with competitors institute for peanuts and grumbles. She cannot coordinate with team and blames other trainers. If training was not pleasant let she show her capablity in placing herself in a job first. for her this wrong damaging we are talking legal action through appropriate forums of law.

Are u really a good hearted person? When you know that Management is doing something wrong and u don't ask any thing regarding that, What does this means? You are person with Good Attitute and character?

First of all, stop blaming others and try to correct urself.

These people are mainly Money mind. They are least bothered about the standards that is meant for the training.

Only One trainer will be there whose has to manage all the batch and they will not intimate the trainer abt the new joinees. Students has to wait for the Trainer to finish one batch and come to them.

Machines in the Lab are horrible. They will say all the software are licensed but it is not true.

They will hurry up to finsih the training for one batch and start another batch for Money purpose.

They will say that they are different from other Institute saying that is "This is the only one institute who teach how to write testcases".

They will give one application and make us to write testcases but no review will happen for that. Is this is what "real training" means?

Hema will say that there is separate R&D Divison is running and she will get projects from all over the world. This is all for their Build ups and nothing will happen. Just a show off. She knows very well to Brainwash people and don't believe that and get into trap. Your are digging hole for urself.

my simple question to you all : if you want to build a house you will hire a well experienced team who is knows in and out of every thing about how to build a house.

So if you are attending a training for your life long career, whom do you choose?

Inexperienced trainers? or Expertise in software testing? My point is to say before joining any training, do some home work about the training company, about the trainers and their experience. As you are paying money, you have the right to demand their expertise, references from fast students and their previous employers if possible to save your money, time especially.

As I personally experienced with this company in chennai Guindi office opposite to coalesce technologies company, I saw a trainer called Mr.Raja who claimed as expertise in QTP, Quality Center and LoadRunner. But When I talked to him on the subject he told us all wrong answers and wrong concepts and when I asked some deep technical questions in QTP, he finally revealed the fact that he did not worked in any company before he joined as a trainer here in IIST.

So catch is : about Management .

I believe atleast a CEO or Partner of the company should be an expertise in software testing or software engineering with several years of experience and then only they can run the company.

There is a partner called Vani at that time with IIST global and she attended software testing training in Ameerpet Hyderbad with the institute called MindQ to learn basics as she want to teach here in Chennai.

Guys come on, you can not run the companies like this. You should have right approach, proper business plan, proper set up and more important is right attitude and good expertise in dealing with the employees and students.

I am really shocked on the day when I am talking to CEO Mr.Bhaskar in the Chennai airport saying He in invested two crores in this company and he did not get single penny back so far.How can you expect profit with out having any of the quality in you. being a software test manager for several years in IBM chennai, I know the in and out of software testing in India.Mr, Bhaskar, I just have one suggestion to you, you might be expertise in your field but when you come to IT field, you should know that your experience is not useful and you have to start right from the beginning but you did not infact.

The failure of the company totally is just because of you and your partner Hema and the biggest failure is your wrong assessment on every employee and their salaries

Can you count the number of months, where you gave the salaries to employees on the first of every month. It sucks really when I really heard from almost 4 employees of your company in chennai office. And also ask Mr.siva kumar who shared the office with you in Guindi office. Have ever retrospect yourself about the company and what you are doing and what you want to do in future.

Showing off in IT is very easy in the beginning but remember that will not last long for you if dont really generate prootful profits for students by showing the jobs.

Students, beware that Testing experts in India are more and more and testers from all parts of india is in search of job from 1 - 20 years of experience and they are ready to work for lower salaries than the indsutry standards now.In this current situation, how can you gurantee a fresher in testing to show him a job immediately after the training. there are two ways for this : one is back door entry into the company by paying Money to HR to get a job 2. fake experience I am sure IIST suggest your students to do any one of these two.

I really not recommend this company for any trainings in software testing.

All the trainers in this IIST are not practically experienced and they are theoritically expertised but that is not sufficient/valuable to train a fresher to become to software tester.

If you still want to continue in your business of training, better display your trainer's original experience certificates of previous employers in your website and in your training institutes in chennai

But dont cheat employees and students any more . You have done enough and played with the time and money of students and employees, It is not at all acceptable any more

I am one of the screwed students of this institute. The words from H***sree's mouth were like as if she has great knowledge on software technologies and the industry, but then I came to know that she knows nothing than cheating. She and the trainers will never spend time on teaching you, they'll give you some ppt and you have to go through that the whole day. If you see and get in touch with the trainers you will be shocked as they are lamebrains.Their only aim is Money Money and Money.
Students who are in the final year of their engineering course or those who have completed the engineering and looking for job and wanna learn software technologies and sw testing never think of joining this institute. They will tell that you will be given placement assistance, but the companies will recruit you for 6000 rupees salary(that too with the knowledge you gained from your college and not from this fraudulent institution ), but you guys who have completed BE and B.Tech are capable of getting least 15000 per month. So never think of joining this institution. As one of our friends stated earlier "God will never ever forgive you Hema. Your only aim is to earn money and you don't care about the career of the students. At last you would have lost all your money in some way and you will suffer a lot, I am cursing you and your institute."

Don't believe this bhuvanesh comments, this seems to posted by hema (her Own Language) . B'coz staffs who worked with hema every one knew well about her . Hema know only how to cheat students & staffs, she will never pay salary on time. In my past exp plz don't join in this institute, b'coz they don't have original version and she will tell center is affiliated to istqb and all but tat not true plz check in istqb website, no proper booklet :(, no training to get hand on exp, no live environment, no, no, no nothing is there, zero placements . Plz don't trust these people they are not true & these people will know only to throw biscuits during counseling nothing else.

OMG! I've never seen these complaints before joining IIST (now it is called as Ada Lovelace Technologies). They are getting lot of money from students by saying they give training in Testing. But they are frauds and living cool with our money.

They called me so many times before joining and convinced me to join there by saying 'They are the corporate trainers of Cognizant'. They also said they provide the best training in the industry. I don't know what has happened to Avinashi Rd branch. They are working now in Trichy Road, Air India bus stop. They have opened a branch in Saravanampatti opp. to KGISL. Everywhere 'ADA LOVELACE TECHNOLOGIES' board has been put on for display. No IIST boards are shown.

They cheated my money. Nothing has been taught. None of the faculties are knowlegdeable. They have a printed sheet with topics printed on it, they will get sign everyday for topics covered. They just open the tool and shown menus in that and got sign from me. Whenever I ask for explanation and practical knowledge, they used to say 'This will come under Advanced Testing'. They taught me nothing.

Everyday they forced me sign the topics covered. The faculty reads the topic related theory from net and said 'Finished'. I fought with them thrice for practical knowledge, but nothing happened. Then I came to know that

-- They don't have proper system/network to support testing
-- None of them have knowledge in testing, they simply talk very well as if they are the expert in Testing
-- They behave like they are the big boss in testing but really they are big cheats(100%)
-- They are expertise only in running fraud institute

Till the end of the day I struggled so much to learn to get a least knowledge in testing. But at the end I lost my confidence by being cheated by these people.

PLease anyone who want to learn testing, you can learn online itself. Don't join Ada Lovelace Technologies. I lost my money and developed lot of stress.

Agree with this complaint. My 1 year salary is due and I was tortured by CEO/ of this company. Many employees went through this. This company has offices all around India And in Avinashi road, Coimbatore they have their headoffice.

Yes. I agree with the above complaints. IIST is No.1 fraud and they have changed their name as Ada Lovelace Technologies. Hemasree is expertise in doing fraud and cheating money. Recently they cheated 30, 000 rupees from me and insulted me.
