[Resolved] Indian Kids Fashion Show — Complain against ikfs.org a Fraud Company | |||
Company Name: ikfs.org Fraud/Abuse Details: IKFS is a fraud company, they are using their website for promoting kids fashion show, fashion calender etc.. with that promotions a viewer have to send their kids or toddler snap for selection and ones the snap is selected than they ask for money. Few months back they promoted for calendar 2015, with big launching programe with Bollywood celebrities, high promotions and so on and on. For this they have Charged Rs.4500/- from us for my baby. They promised many things with us the most important the calender will be launch in between Oct-Nov 2014. It's now Jan 2015 still their is no launch of calender nor we received any calender from them. Every time they are ready with new excuses, no reply from them now they have also started avoiding our calls. We are not only one whom they have cheated, there are other peoples who have been cheated by them. They are using your services to host there site and promoting there services. I will complain against them in consumer court also in media and other social platforms so that in future other peoples don't get cheated like us. Money is important but the most important they played with our emotions, as you can understand that children is our sentiments issues and they used our emotions and sentiments for there fraud. I received a mail from Mr. Vinod Sharma ( Head: Corporate Communications ¦ IKFS Organisation). He personally called me and apologies for this and said me following details "In the regards, we would like to inform you that the calender has already prepared and it was late due to we were waiting for our show, to be held on 25-26 at Delhi, apparently, Delhi DIG cancelled the seven events due to Visit of Mr. Obama.Herewith, Kindly find enclosed attachment bearing the creative of the calender, Divyansha got featured, the hard copy of the same shall reach to you within seven days." I am trying to trus his words and I will keep posting the updates here. | |||

Worst experience in my life, a never-ending excuses with lies without a single service. Fraud Company...
mr bagchi...i am in the same shoes as you...me and two of my friends have also been cheated in the same manner by IKFS.I seriously want a strict action against this fraud company
Mr. Bagchi I had also registered my kid for calendar 2015 and IKFS has delivered my calendar on time. Just be a little patient they will deliver yours too. Im a regular to IKFS and have never experienced anything upsetting so far. Hope u will also get your calendar too.
Contrary to your accuses Bagchi I have got my edition of calendar 2015 and IKFS has

Surprised to see this complaint against IKFS, I have always been attached to this fashion
show and my kids are regular participants of it. This is out and out attempt to tarnish
image of IKFS. It is certainly a great platform for kids. Such false reports should be
removed by website asap.

Hii Bagchi I have received my copy of calendar on time by IKFS hope u will also get it
soon. I know it can get little annoying by delays but nonetheless once u will get your
copy u will surely be happy and amazed by seeing it. I totally loved my kids calendar by
IKFS.

Mr Vinod and this entire IKFS organisation is a big fraud. In the month of dec they charged us Rs 4500/ for publishing my 1yr old daughter's pic in a magzine called Kids-in-style. The shoot happened on 6th jan and till this date there is no pic anywhere.Earlier they would give different excuses and give a new date and now since a month they dont even pick up my calls. These guys are so inhumane that they fool people on the base of such small kids and infants. They are cheating lots of people and playing with parents emotions. I am gonna file case against this guy and make sure he goes behind bars.
Recently I saw a link https://consumercomplaintsindiano1.wordpress.com/author/consumercomplaintsindian...⇄ wher I was surprised to see that how come this company can be given clean chit, but soon i realized that Mr Vinod had created a blog which starts with ConsumerComplaints and added some text there so that he can again make people fool. I want to ask you Mr Vinod, from where did you get such nice ideas, had you been invested in some good area, then atleast you could have slept properly atleast for a day.

We understand what is all this, we have suffered and if you are happy then dont visit consumer forum coz this forum is for victims right

Wht kind of organization u r running. u guys do not have this much balance in your account. i think u r working with bunch of jokers like rohit, mayank. from yesterday onwards, i am trying to call mayank, he is not taking my call. kindly advise me what can i do. legal action or consumer court
The biggest mistake if i think marking the message is resolved. Vinod promise to pay and ask to remove the complaint. but he will not pay. even if he pays...it will be post dated cheque/ cheque which will bounce/ will a/c with balance...I wish all the best and pity vinod...he cant fraud people for long.
I got my money back with compensation by only fir. He will not pay any amount. Be aware of this tricky person. no value for any promise or appology

The Organisation in the name of IKFS -Gurgaon has cheated many including us. They kept postponing the so called event thrice since Mar 2016 and eventually cancelled and till date haven't refunded the money as promised. Our money is blocked for last 3 mths now. I received calls from a girl and one man twice from the following nos. [protected] and [protected]. But now they don't answer any calls Nor reply to the emails! We need to help each other to get hold of these crooks.
With me also same thing happned.. They haved taken Rs.8500/- from me and no fashion show is arranged from 2015 to till date. Not refunded the money. Email there is no response and the one contact which was given is coming switch off. I also want to complain against them and serious action should be taken against them.
We are cheated too. All fake and its a big scam. He chatted with me on watsapp and tried to threaten me saying that he had all my baby information. Please look into this and arrange a refund. Thank you.
