[Resolved] Indian Medicare — wrong commitments about the product | |||||
Hi, My self, shashi kumar from south delhi, i've purchased a medical claim policy from indian medicare company, wherein they have promised me that, i can claim on doctor consultation free, radiology, pharmacy bill with full refund on call, but when they send an email confirmation that had completely different information, then i called them many time but they did not respond properly and every time they gave different-different date to close my complaint. Now i cannot wait more, kindly help me to get the full refund of policy with good compensation amount for metal agony. Company details: Indian medicare pvt. Ltd. I think, it's fake company. I am facing same problem so now what should we do because we don't have other address and contact.

Even I also received call many times about all those offers then we searched online and found lot of very bad comments then decided not to buy any product them. Thanks for your right advice. If any one wants to contact to them you can contact @[protected] from which we received call today.
Yes, Indian Medicare is a fraudulent company and now they are disappeared like donkeys horn.
They had fooled lots of customers.
Strong action should be taken against them.

Further if t&Cs of policy document provides for opd charges insurer will have to honour the claims if it is not a pre existing one.In both the cases they have to give specific reasons in writing but not orally over phone. pl insist insurer to specify reasons for declining claim in writing if no response you may approach insurance ombudsman for the grievance. This review based on my experience with other insurer.
