I have complain since 2 month but no one reply me and not solve it for refund my 10000/- rs. Why ?

Hdfc credit card is charge me so who is payable for this charge i am not pay any amount to credit card and indian money is cheter company ...

No one solve this problem and interest to slove this issue so please solve in priority base...

I sent mail to company more then 10 time but company is not ready to give me refund so please help me for my payment...

I am not satisfied with your services so i am discontinue this services so please refund my all payment 20000/-.


This is services industry? Right or wrong if right read more

1- i pay 10000/- rs. On 13/01/2016 at 9.43 am for talk with mr. Amit and conform for these services to pay rs.
2- my payment is success on same time and date at 9.46am and your confirmation mail me for services is active on next 24 hr.
3- but somehow in your system my payment is not show. Mr.Amit tell me sent mail on pr.[protected]@gmail.com confirmation on time 9.57 on 13/01/2016 after i sent mail i am call from your technical personal told me for duplication truncation on 10.19 am i follow the step form your technical person told me .
4- your technical personal told me no 10000/- amount is debit in my account so i agree with him and follow the step.
5- after i type otp i got sms from hdfc credit card to debit 10000/- rs. And get second mail from your company to confirmation payment. After your technical personal told me i call you back but no one call me on 13/01/2016 i am waiting full day for your confirmation.
6- next day on 14/01/2016 i received call from your company to ms.Rekha, sr person to mr.Amit, she is talking me on my balance credit on your system 20000/- rs. I told to ms. Rekha please refund 10000/-rs. On my card and get balance of 10000/- to my lead market but she is told me for this is not possible so you got 20000/- balance received compulsory from your company. So i told ms.Rekha for call next day because on 14/01/2016 is festival o[censored]ttrayana.
7- next day ms.Rekha call me on time for purchase lead of 20000/- but i told for refund of 10000/- but she is not agree with me to refund my 10000/- so last i told for discontinue agreement and refund my all 20000/- payment. The lady is not replaying me good. I told for all my payment refund.
8- next 18/01/2016 i sent mail on your system for refund my payment 20000/-.
9- next 19/01/2016 i sent mail on your system for refund my payment 20000/-.
10- ms. Rekha calling me on 20/01/2016 for she is ready to give me refund 10000/- and give me promises’ to give the balance & best lead, services to his hand so i agree with him and she sent a mail for my confirmation on date 20/01/2016.
11- after i am waiting for my balance on 20/01/2016 to 25/01/2016.
12- on 25/01/2016 at 9.42 am i sent mail in your system for not interested in your service and refund my all payment no one replay me
13- after 26/01/2016 i sent reminder
14- next on 27/01/2016 at 10.03 am i sent mail with screen shot for no balance update and refund my all payment to your system and credit card department.
15- after mr.Amit call me on 27/01/2016 for sir you did not get balance i call you in 5 minuet. I ask to mr.Amit for refund but he is not listening me more and told for wait 5 min., steel. I am waiting ………………….
16- and after evening on 27/01/2016 at 6.46 pm i got mail from your company to credit balance of rs. 10000/-
17- i received call from ms.Rekha to get balance of 10000/- rs. I told for i am not satisfaction with your company and you for your promises so please refund my all payment but she is not reliable answer to me.
18- so i sent mail on 29/01/2016 for refund my all payment but no one tell me for my refund and reply me ….
19- today on 04/02/2016 the person call me and told for business but i told for only refund but he is not give me refund and told me for my confirmation on 20/01/2016 mail.
20- this is finally i told you for my all 20000/-rs. Refund because you are fail of your commitment and services so i am not agree with you long time to give services so i claim your company for refund 20000/- rs …..
