[Resolved] Indian Oil Corporation — delay in receiving refill cylinders | |||
my name is T.J.ALEYKUTTY, my indane consumer number is 12475. I am residing in guruvayur, kerala. my indane gas distributor is ANU GAS AGENCIES, chavakkad, thrissur, kerala.I have booked my cylinder on 22nd october2014. my booking number is 22438. I have registered my complaint to costumer service phone [[protected]] of not getting cylinder on December 8th, my complaint number is 1676035.they told us that they have put it as "emergency" and ensured me that I will receive the cylinder in 2-3 days. I contacted costumer service many times, every time they ensure me that I will receive cylinder in 2 -3 days.Its 14days, I posted the complaint I didn't receive my cylinder yet..now enquiring about booking status it says my booking have been changed to 15th November and the gas agencies have given cylinders till 30th October. how this change occurred ? who changed it?. i again contacted costumer service on 22/12/14, they again ensured me that i will receive cylinder in 2-3 days. i have not received the cylinder for 62 days. My claim is 12 cylinders/year.i am getting only 6 cylinders/year. what to do now? please help. Was this information helpful? | |||
