sir, my consumer no.3930 i have submitted KYC form with address proof, for change my address near about 3 months ago but my dealer does not change my address till date. And i have booked gas.then dealer generated cash memo no. [protected] dt.12/4/15 but he does not delivered me till date. So please take nessary action against gas dealer about gas delivery delay and no update KYC form thanks
