As the distributor Annapurna of Asansol whose behaviour against the customer is very ridiculus.They did not receive the call.Every day I have callled 20 to 30 times but they did not respond well.My booking was on 10/02/2015 for consumer no. CX2881074 having ref no. 207189.Then I received the message your cash memo [protected] generated on 20/02/2015 for booking no 201789 shall be delivered shortly. then I have contacted many times to the gas distributor but they did not respond.Again today I received a message that your booking ref no201789 stands cancelled when I go to the distributor for the reason of cancellation, they did not say anything. After that when I come back to home i received a message for booking ref no [protected] but I did not booked the gas.after that I received the message the gas will be delivered shortly.
I can not understand what is the system of your delivery.Every time I received the gas after 40 to 60 days.your Annapurna distributor of Asansol is not satisfactory. So cancelled the registration or remove the persons from the job because they did not receive the call. Was this information helpful? |
