This is to inform you that, I am an indiane gas customer. My old consumer LPG ID :[protected] Consumer no : CX30282125 Cconsumer name : MUKTAM SREENIVASAVARMA Distributer name : SCSBF COMMITTEE LTD MY Aadhaar no :[protected] I have surrendered my gas cylinder and pressed regulator to the above distributer with cancellation of my LPG connection and then I opened my new LPG CONNECTION at Agali mandal, ANANTAPUR IN. AUG. 2016 MY NEW. CONSUMER NO :[protected] CONSUMER NAME. : MUKTAM SREENIVASA VARMA DISTRIBUTER NAME : SRI SAI DATHA INDANE GRAMEENA VITRAK My Aadhar linked with my old connection. It is closed before six months . I need to deactivate my aadhaar with my old connection which is surrendered and also I need to activate my Aadhar to my new indiane gas connection at Agali mandal in Anantapur . A.p. Dear team I have booked syleder on 8th Jan 17 with con no 04308 ref no 518288.on 17th Jan it got been delivered with cash memo no [protected] but I didn't received the syleder. Please do the needful as earliest as my both syleder is empty.
