This is to inform you that my consumer no. Is cx5114198. I have shifted from my old residence 45-33-47, near sangam office, akkayya palen, visakhapatnam-16. To a new residence i. E. 54-7-35, opp. Iocl petrol bunk, isuka thota, visakhapatnam... Both addresses under the same gas distribution agency... I approached to the office with changed address current bill. They asked aadhar card of the owner... Owner refused to give... What the way to do...
So i request you to deliver my indane gas to my new residence.
