[Resolved]  Indian Oil Corporation [IOC] — Change of agency without my knowledge nor informed regarding the change of agency

I s. Saravana a customer of ioc bearing consumer no.8401 receiving gas cylinders through the agency sri srinivasa agency, leelamahal road, tirupati since 5 yrs now intend to book the cylinder, came to know that my account was shifted to other new agency which is far away from my residence without my knowledge nor information. This is not fair, so kindly resolve the same and make me to book the refill cylinder at the earliest possible. Further my request is without concern of the consumer don't repeat the same to any customer.
