Indian Oil Corporation [IOC] — complaint about the delivery boy.. | |||
I have booked a gas on 22 nov 2017.. Thinking that my existing gas will become empty by few days... But it is still not empty... When the delivery boy came to my house two days back.. I informed him to cancel the booking bcz my existing gas is not empty.. Today he again came and forced me to give the half filled gas and take the new one... When i asked him to cancel it.. He said my connection will be blocked if i don't take this gas (This is my second gas in the 6month period)... What i should do now? Delivery boy name is shivanna, hulimavu indane gas distributor. Here is the memo below.. Cash memo [protected] of amount rs.743.5 generated for booking no. 445463, shall be delivered shortly. I am domestic customer of Indane gas, My consumer No.16215, my distributor Muthumani Gas Service, R' sector, Trichy - 620014, Tamil nadu. Every month when I booked cylinder after 25 days only i am getting, nearly one month. Hence subsidy not credited in my bank account
