Sir,
I, Kishore Janardhan Dalvi, Residence Of Thane, would like to complain about the services and behavior of the person named shri pandey ji. employee of the guru kirpa gas station, at goteghar, near kalyanphata, mumbra panvel road, new mumbai. dist: thane.
the number 192116 is the ro code of indian oil corporation limited.
complaint brief and facts
sir, i visited the indian oil corporation (ioc) gas pump mentioned above on 28/08/2022 at 12.01 p.m. afternoon and was in line.
there were only 6 to 7 vehicles in the line.
there were another 2 different lines for gas filling for auto rickshaws.
it took us more than 50 minutes to reach the exact point of the gas dispenser.
there were 2 mahanagar gas limited dispensing machine units with 4 gas dispensers(2 each) or filling nozzle, but only one attendant.
i asked him to get another help or attendant as that would have made it more convenient, but the request was in vain.
i inquired about the same to the manager or employee named shri pandey ji, but he didn't respond, i inquired about the manager, and he said he was not in the office and the office was closed.
i asked for the complaint book, he said no such book is available you can go and complain to the gas company.
he did not provide me with any address or number where i can raise my concern.
my challan /cash memo number is- 010244 dated 28/08/2022.
the camera video recording footage should be saved and checked for further inquiry.
i also have video recording done from my camera phone and can be sent if the proof is required.
the other consumers should also be asked and inquired to find the exact cause and proof of the complaint.
relief sought:-
sir, the claim should be inquired and the finding should be recorded the discrepancy should be dealt with strictly.
the agency did not bother to care about the inconvenience it is causing to the consumers, precious time is wasted & emergencies are not taken seriously, hence it must be penalised and compensation must be provided to each consumer.
the other facilities should also be checked(facilities like water, air, sitting facilities and most important the toilet facilities).
sir i request you to take the actions as stipulated under the law, appropriate measures to avoid such inconvenience of duty, services and facilities and provide due courtesy to the consumers.
kindly provide the inquiry and findings report, and the details of action initiated thereof.
