[Resolved] Indian Oil Corporation [IOC] — Connection cancelled but money not refunded
New Town, West Bengal, India
I had applied for a new connection in jan, 2016 (N160128245510266436634) which i never got as the distributor said he has not received the money in his account despite of giving him the transaction receipt sent by indane. Finally after waiting for 2 months i have cancelled the request online, but i have not received the money yet. I don't understand what's wrong with indane. No one is able to assist or attend a query a customer faces. I want my money back asap. (Email - [protected]@yahoo.com)
