3. Message Received on 21 Feb 2016 : Dear Indane customer, your cyl is delivered against cash
memo no. [protected].(message received at 11.55pm)

4. booking on date : 01 Mar 2016
Message Received by SMS : Booking for consumer no. R10758 is registered with ref no. 250513. (message received on 01 Mar 2016)

5. Message Received on 06 Mar 2016 : Cash memo [protected] of amount Rs.549 generated for
booking no. 250513, shall be delivered shortly. Insist for pre-
delivered check while receiving refills.(message received at
10.57am)

6. Message Received on 06 Mar 2016 : Dear Indane customer, your cyl is delivered against cash
memo no. [protected]. .(message received at 12.16pm).

After all above message I had yet not received any Cyl at my home . Please check is gas agency or hawker doing some thing wrong Because by their mistakes Iam suffering from last 20 days. please check it sincerely I shall (IOC consumer) be thankful to IOC

I booked my gas on 17 July 2007 .I got message on 18 July saying Ur CYL is delivered with cash memo xxxx.

I don't receive the cylinder.again I booked on 22 July 2017, for which I got the following message on 22 july:

Booking for Con No 4351362 is registered with Ref No.689405.Refill expected delivery:4-6 days.Now pay for Indane refills by ur Debit/credit cards, e-wallets.

Then again on 24 July 2017 I received this message:
Cash memo [protected] of amount Rs.613.5 generated for booking no. 689405, shall be delivered shortly.Insist for pre-delivery check while receiving refills

Till now I have not received.even they are not lifting the call.plz do needful.

Cylinder is not coming so why have so many times try to Mr delivery boy but call is not connected agency person is not responding he is not giving the no receipt I think better services HP

Do not proper deliver in gas agency indane. customer go to Indane office. Agency talk not now next week or next two days after .
Delivery boy bargain delivery charge extra agency office to my home 1kilometer only .
Plan ensure compliance and solve ccutomer expect and believe IOC
