[Resolved] Indian Oil Corporation [IOC] — Delay in cylinder delivery - payment already done online | |||
Dear team, I booked cylinder (Refill) on 15th march 2017. But still the cylinder is not delivered yet at my residence. The concerned person is hari om, who delivers the cylinder. He is befooling us that the cylinder "will" be delivered. The person (Santosh) assigned by hari om said to me that he had given my cylinder to someone else. This is unacceptable. I have made the payment online already. I can collect the cylinder on either saturday or sunday, anytime.in weekdays before 11 am.
