Indian Oil Corporation [IOC] — Delivering fuel without feeding the amount in the machine

I wanted to buy diesel of Rs. 1820/- the pump attendant started filling the diesel without feeding in the machine when I asked why he is doing so then he stopped feeding at 120/- and started another sales by feeding of Rs. 1700/- when I asked why he did so He replied "we do not fill the fuel by feeding in the machine, we fill manually and this is our regular activity" when i asked his name he refused to tell. and started misbehaving with me even his manager ( I don't know the name too) also favoring him and tried to prove him correct. This incident happened on 08/01/22 at 9:25 AM, Receipt No. A0831/ A0832. FCC ID- [protected]/29 at Sai KRIPA FS situated at Manglaur Haridwar UK. I want strict action to be taken against this pump.
