Indian Oil Corporation [IOC] — Gas leakage critical

I am consumer at indane gas and living in gurgaon. I booked cylinder few days back which got delivered on 20th feb 2017. After few minutes of delivery i found gas is leaking from cyliender, i registered the complaint for this issue on the same date at indane complaint centre online and got the srn number but no action from their side till time.

Complaint status remarks - pending with ioc.

From 20th feb, i am continuously trying to call at all telephone no shared on delivery slips/online complaint booking ivr but no response.

Very poor service and pathetic response.. Totally unprofessional.
