Indian Oil Corporation [IOC] — i am complaining about xtra card reward machine is not available form 4 months vivanta petrol pump in shivaji nagar mankurd mumbai -400043

I am a marketing person. So i use to fill petrol on regularly basis and also have xtra rewards card form almost 2 years. I am facing a problem form 4 months. Every time staff of pump is saying they do not have a machine to swap the card. I always ask form manager of pumps to slove this issue but they didn't given me an answer and today they ignore me like that i didn't purchase petrol at all.
Requesting you to slove this issue or tell me proper solution for this issue.
