Indian Oil Corporation [IOC] — I not receive gas subsidy

My self arun kumar das. Vill-madhya haria, p. O-maniktala. P. S-habra. North 24 pgs. My consumer no - as/21/09803. Actually i have not rcvd gas subsidy from 1/08/2018 and 01/10/2018.
We asking to our diller about it... Bt they told they r not helping this matter. Because its out of their hand. We call the toll free no regarding this matter.. They advice to contact the npc... Why we do like this. We are consumer right. So i requested to you pls do the needfull as soon as possible.
