Indian Oil Corporation [IOC] — Impure diesel oil filled in my car, due to that my car Injector and high pressure diesel pump got damage and not working

Hi sir/madam

I have filled 1000 rs diesel on[protected] around 5:30 pm in indian petroleum at sivakodu, razole mandal, east godavari district. After filling diesel in my car on next day itself my car not getting started. Lateron when i called car service person & gave my car in service centre then i came to know that due to impure diesel my fuel injector and high pressure diesel pump got damaged badly & need to replace them.

Cost of those injectors and high pressure diesel pump are cost inr 50, 000. I can't bear this cost & have no other option other then to file a case against the above said company.
