Indian Oil Corporation [IOC] — It about substandard behaviors towards customer in coco paravur kavala. | |||
I am writing this complaint after getting a bad experience from a staff of petrol pump [COCO PARUR KAVALA JAIHIND ADHOC] on 7th AUGUST 2021 at 9:30 pm . I have requested to fill the fuel using the card payment facility or any other cashless payment facility ( Google Pay, Phonepe, or any other) .They denied cashless payment . As a regular customer this was not my first experience facing the same issue (unavailability of cashless payments ) from the same IOCL Pump . As its being several times the same issue, this time I inquired about the same . But the staffs argued and a staff named VISHNU provoked and misbehaved in a very substandard way by using some local cultureless malayalam language ( MYRU… etc ) and he tried to assault me when i asked about his behavior towards a customer .When I tried to report this to manager, his contact details which was provided by the staffs was not reachable or switched off. Since it was such an unpleasant experience I have never faced from any of the other pumps. I request you to find a remedy and take some stringent measures to improve the services and will never disappoint your customers. Was this information helpful? | |||
