Since 2-3 years I have been requesting to activate my IVR system to refill using mobile but the distributor(The Annapurna) reluctant to do so because they are having some fraud intension. Today I visited their office to request again for activation and they behaved with me very rudely. They clearly stated that it will not be activated ever because their system not accepting AN- letter(which is present in cons number) for automated call. It is very painful to book manually every time for my health issue at the age of about 70 years. Alternatively they told to call their land line for booking but the pain is that they do not pickup call. I also tried the same for 2 hours and not picking any call. Today I physically observed that also. I m requesting to take hard action against them and get it resolved the same asap. Today one of the employee threatened me and told, do whatever I can do yet it will not be activated. Behind this policy they have other intension that I clearly know. In presence of mine, one of the employee behaved so rudely and tempted on a woman, literality she cried. They thinks that they gives us gas on mercy. I personally need immediate resolution at least for me. Mass number of consumer facing the same issue but everyone are in silence mode because if their threat. Eventually, I forgot to capture the snap of that rude employee so that I can upload his image.
This is my initial request if it fails then I will take other ways to resolve. I don't want to visit their office for ever even if I am dried with fuel.
