My id no. Is 11416. Today i have visited the counter for payment.in a que i am standing behind one lady & behind me two more gentle men. When i approached for collecting book with request, one person (After enquiry it was known that his name is mr. Wangdi) start to behave like anything bad. I also know that this service centre is not registered in his name and the centre is totally meant for public like us. So, my humble request to your esteemed organisation please look into the matter seriously so that govt. Facility should reached to the consumer with out haresment & in a proper with correct ways.
