Indian Oil Corporation [IOC] — my gas cylinder does not reach timily at my home every month...

Dear sir, i request to say that i m your consumer of indian gas from shuklaganj gas service, district unnao, state uttar pradesh.. My consumer no is 23751662 and also consumer name suresh kumar.. Sir every month i book my gas as home delivery but sir the shuklaganj gas service has not send my gas every month. When i reached there than the employee of shuklaganj gas service do bad behavior than me.. And also abuse me.. And send gas after 10 to 15 days and my gas end every month when the cylinder reached at my home.. So sir plz clear my complain
