Indian Oil Corporation [IOC] — no recording of booking

I booked a refill on 24/02/2020 vide kbooking no688905against consumer no30957which i find not duly recorded with my supplier ishita gas silchar
As such they could not deliver the cylinder to me. When i tried to contact them i find that they are not responding. Last i got cylinder on 21/02/2020. Surel you can understand my difficulty. I am a70years old man with no other young men with me. Naturally i cannot personally go to them. Will you please look into the problem. Interestingly you have registered another booking today.
