Indian Oil Corporation [IOC] — The consumer no. is CX 7694729 Distributor : KARCO DISTRIBUTORS ; 24/2, Pattary Road, Kolkata – 700015 . Respected Sir, I have booked my refill on dated -17.01.2017 vide booking no.-264190, cash memo no. [protected] was generated against booking no. 264190 on[protected]. But on[protected]:21 pm.) I got a message from you site (IK-INDANE) that “ Cash memo [protected] generated against ur refill booking No.264190 stands cancelled. Reason : Door Closed. Delivery may be reattempted shortly .” Then I tried to contact (by mobile) with the Driller through their Phone nos.[protected] / 0205 / 6050) as printed on their bill, several times( 15 to 16 times, per day, at all the three Nos.) from[protected] to[protected] . But I could not contact them, as on every attempt either got ring tone but they are not receiving or after 3-4 times of ring tone, I got the engaged tone. Then I physically went to distributors Office on 03 – 02 -2017(Friday) and asked about my refill . The lady, sat on the counter said me – “ your refilled cylinder will be delivered next week”. I got a message (on[protected] ; 4=38 pm.(Saturday) from you site (IK-INDANE) that “Your cly is delivered with cash memo no. [protected] . You may also book and pay for future refills online, through our web portal www.indane.co.in “ But still now I did not got my refilled cylinder. It is a common practice from last few months that after preparation of cash memo against new booking for refill, I got the fake message (within 3 days of newly prepared cash memo ) “ Cash memo no.************ generated against ur refill booking No.****** stands cancelled. Reason : Door Closed. Delivery may be reattempted shortly“ The fact is that we are always stay at home after getting the message of preparation of the cash memo, against new booking for refill, and wait for the new refilled cylinder . But I can not understand why and how such type of message comes from your site. About every time of new refill (for last few months), I have to contact physically to the office of the distributor, to get the new refilled cylinder. When the Van Man comes to deliver the new refilled cylinder, and ask the question to him, about door closed report, he always says “ I have come 1st time to give you the new refilled cylinder and not turned back before for closed door, for this refill“. Again, now a days the delivery man ( for new refilled cylinder) bring only the customer part of the Cash memo but does not bring the counter part of the Cash memo ( which was previously signed by the customer, during delivery).
