Indian Oil Corporation [IOC] — not providing computerised bill

I filled diesel in my car reg. No. Kl2 ae-6515 from krishna fuel, thirumukku, chathannoor, kollam on[protected] at about morning 100.00 hrs. After filling the diesel, i asked bill but the sales man not provided the bill. Lastly i went to the office and asked the manager to provide computerized bill but the manager provided with printed bill. I insisted for computerized bill but the manager became angry and asked me to get out from his office. Again i stood there and told him that until and unless you provide the computerized bill, i would not move from here. Suddenly the manager caught my shirt collar and forcibly pushed out of his office and threatened and warn me that i will call police.
Even though i was in a critical situation with a hospital case in trivandrum and disappointingly i left the place without computerized bill. Such an arrogant behaviour of the manager made me much perturbed and i strongly feel that the quantity of diesel filled in my car is less than the actual quantity and there is some illegal adjustment in the fuel machine
Therefore i request your honour that kindly order a high level inquiry in this regard for which of kindness i shall ever grateful to you sir..
