Indian Oil Corporation [IOC] — overcharging and playing frauds with customer | |||
I am professor dr s. K. Chakarvarti, resident of faridabad. Today the 24th april 2019 at 11:20:49 am, i went to indian oil petrol pump auto care sector 12, sitec2 faridabad to get filed my car. I requested for 13 litres of petrol but the operator filled only 3 litres. I asked why so? In response he told that he heard 3 litres. I said then make it 13 after bringing back to 0 reading but he continued with 3 reading and stopped at 10. When i objected to this he tried to be fool me saying that already 3 lit has been supplied. I shouted and scolded him for this sort of fraud and then he filled 3 more lit. You can see clearly how they cheat the customers. When asked his name he told pramod as his name which i doubt very much. Further i was charged rs 950 for 13 litres which i think is overcharged as the current rate is rs 72.99. I paid the amount online & the money was deducted from my bank, but suddenly the payment page crashes & now the order status is 'pending', please resolve this issue at the earliest.
