[Resolved] Indian Oil Corporation [IOC] — payment not reflecting | |||
Hello team, I booked cylinder online using indian oil application and made payment of rs.716 through bhim on 31st december 2019. Amount has been debited from my account but payment is not reflecting in the invoice generated by you. I spoke to your customer support executive to lodge complaint but she refused to do so. I checked with bank and they have confirmed that payment is indeed made to your account. Please help me resolve this issue at the earliest, otherwise i will end up paying same amount twice.
