Indian Oil Corporation [IOC] — payment to iocl credited but refill booking failed | |||||
Refill booked online for indane refill got failed but on the other hand Rs 714.67 debited from my sbi a/c to IOCL on 21/4/2019 vide Ref No.[protected] ... my indane customer id is[protected] and consumer no. Is CX 21570833 with Cauvery Indane Agency, Bangalore. I want my refill should be booked with the payment amount that has already been debited to IOCLon 21/4/2019 from my account. Kindly give me present status in this regard on my registered mobile by SMS to my registered mobile which is [protected]. I must let you know that i talked to cauvery indane agency, on 22/4/2019 on mobile here in at bangalore - 560036 but the proprietor expressed his inability to help me out for want of no information about this sort of refill booking or payment made status. Since my paid amount of Rs 714.67 through SBI net banking has already been credited to IOCL by debiting the amount from my saving account of SBI, and on the other hand my refill booking also has not got materialised as yet, I am constrained to lodge this complaint for a remedial course of action by IOC by liaison with the concerned gas agency so as to get me my refill promptly or else refund back my money into my saving account.
