I had a very bad staff behaviour at indian oil shri sai auto service nerul navi mumbai. The staff name is hanuman when i confronted him about his behaviour he challenged me to register a complaint and sarcastically talked to me in a rude behaviour to take his photo. This is not acceptable. I found that customer service was very pathetic at this bunk the authorities should take strict action Was this information helpful? | |||

I receive a call from the Indian Oil representative, they took stern action against the erring staff. I am satisfied with the quick action taken by the IOL representatives.
