Hi, As I'm a consumer of IOCL in the year 2012 & there some changes in ID proof so I change everything name, account number, Aadhar card added etc, for this process I have submitted to the Agent(BD Gas Chandel, name:Tonahring)again they complete after 2017 for this process I spoke to Agent they told me I have to do it by myself is this the way of agent???? I did it by myself going to the office. And now I'm a consumer for three four months, they deliver the refill cylinder to those whom they want to be, by making list of consumer same case they make the Subsidy for what they selected to be.
