Indian Oil Corporation [IOC] — two times payment deduct for one refill, one payment still not refund

I have booked online refill booking on dtd 20-dec-18 and payment via my card.
At the time of 1st booking payment deduct but refill not booked. I am again attempt booking and book refill and again payment. Two times payment deduct from my account. I am still awaited for refund but my refund still not credit in my account.
Rs. 822.09/- deducted two times.
