Indian Oil Corporation [IOC] — Unnecessary delay by the distributor/agency

Dear Sir,

1. Attached is the message Screenshot of my Invoices generated by the distributor.

2. I booked the cylinder on 27/28 Jun 22, and the invoice was generated next day, however the cylinder was not delivered. After 3 days again a invoice was generated, but this time too the cylinder was not delivered.

3. After that I visited the agency three times from 03 Jul 22 to 12 Jul 22 and the agency people always promised to get the cylinder delivered next day, but the same was never done.

4. Today on 13th Jul 22 the cylinder was delivered with revised invoice, wherein the rates of the cylinder has increased by Rs 50/-.

5. Now the problem is that, why should I pay extra for the negligence of the agency? This same incident has happened to me few months back also, but I don't have any details to share.

6. It is requested to look into the matter at the earliest and the agency may be advised to not repeat the same in future.
