I had booked before 1 week, till now i did not get the gas. I have no other cylinder for cooking and my cylinder is empty... Can you please send the cylinder today itself... Please i kindly request you.. The cylinder delivery ma is charging extra 30rupees for delivery.. And the delivery is not on time... I have informed this soo many times but no changes seen. Now i want cylinder immediately and there is interuption cooking..

Filled my cars with Petrol & diesel for Rs.1000/- each, on 29th & 30th of Jul 2019 from PTC Fuels, Pattom, Trivandrum using Standard Chartered Bank Titanium Credit Card. Till today 0.75% Charge Reversal amounting to (7.5+7.5)=Rs.15/- was not credited to my account. It's for 3rd time am making the complaint. Two times I got refund. Awaiting refund.
