Indian Oil Corporation Limited — Cash refund for cencellation of indane gas new connection

Dear sir/madem, i was requested for new connection of indane gas at 2.9.2015 and paid rs. 3570 at 4.9.2015. but any causes i had cencelled that request at 18.09.2015.but my paid money is not refunded till now.
so plz kindly return me that paid money as soon as possible.
